International Pipe specializes in manufacturing premium quality HDPE pipe that is built specifically for each application. Our production lines versatile structure allows for us to produce custom orders that meet the specifications of each job with precision and efficiency, while providing relatively short turnaround times.
By working directly with large consumer bodies on various projects we have gained the ability to place greater emphasis on the end use of our product to ensure that it is of the highest quality for its intended purpose.
Innovation
International Pipe’s most sought after advantage is our ability to pre-manufacture custom piping systems for specialized uses. We pre-manufacture geothermal loops, headers for rink and geothermal systems and specialized novelty items designed by our customers to be utilized within their field of operation, such as Cattle Rattles, Hula hoops, Animal Feeders, Puck holders, Fireworks Mortars, Grout Tubing, Blasting Pipe, etc. The research and development of products such as these, is one of the many things that we do to ensure that our customers ideas and designs succeed.
Consultation
Product sourcing, standards, packaging and logistics are just as familiar to our account representatives as is the pipe itself. We have the knowledge and experience to ensure that each and every job has the proper components to adhere to the latest in standards.
Quality Assurance
All of our products are produced using PPI® approved resins and manufactured to CSA® spec under certification through the National Standards Federation®. International Pipe is also ISO 1900-2001 certified, which is currently the highest designation available within our trade. To maintain this designation we must adhere to stringent guidelines throughout the entire spectrum of our work including all aspects of manufacturing, quality control, and business conduct. Supplying products that are produced within these standards allows consumers to purchase with a confidence that is recognized world-wide.
Our Horizons
We recently have added to our production line a highly sophisticated device called a sonar. The sonar automatically adjusts and compensates for our pipes wall thickness by measuring it continuously on eight points as it is run. When compared to the traditional North American method of measuring the first and last foot of a coil, the use of a sonar is far superior.
We also have another addition which is a device called a “gravimetric” that works with the sonar to weigh, blend and distribute the precise amounts of material needed per foot of near perfect pipe.
We have a new German made Krauss Maffei extruder that is “pulse” free and therefore capable of producing pipe that measures consistently throughout the entire run. With these additions our manufacturing plant is one of the most technologically advanced in North America, providing a product of unparalleled refinement.
